Returns & Exchanges:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, lingerie and innerwear products cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Damaged or Wrong Product:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. Our team will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are only applicable for:
- Damaged products
- Incorrect items received
- Orders cancelled before shipping
Refund requests made after the allowed time may not be accepted.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be processed.
Refund Process:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or agreed refund method.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by our side.
