Refund & Return Policy – Siswis

At Siswis, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide premium quality products and a smooth shopping experience for every customer. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, panties, lingerie, and innerwear products cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, except in cases where a damaged, defective, or incorrect item has been received.

Damaged or Incorrect Product:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. Our support team will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are applicable only for:

  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect items received
  • Orders cancelled before shipping

Refund requests made after the allowed reporting time may not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy:
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be processed.

Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or an agreed refund method.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the issue was caused from our side.

Delivery Information:
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier services, or unforeseen circumstances.
